Tímavera does not use cookies to track you nor do we share traffic data with third parties like most other websites. By doing so we lose out on valuable insights but we value your privacy more so we do not do it.

There is however one very rare exception were we might track you. If something breaks on the Tímavera website we send a log of what broke to our error reporting service Rollbar. We do this so we can fix the site and prevent the error from happening again. If nothing goes wrong nothing ever gets sent.

If you are a Tímavera customer and log into the website we use session cookies. They remember your login so you do not have to log in every time. Session cookies are used by virtually every website with a login and do not require a consent.

Terms of service

Users: companies and other entities that create a Tímavera account for the purpose of tracking their employee hours.

Userdata: data that Tímavera uses as necessary to fulfill the core function of tracking time.

  • Tímavera uses personally identifiable userdata to be able to provide a time tracking solution.
  • A work log can include a text comment by the employee, a picture sent by the employee as well as the employee geo-location.
  • Tímavera also stores employee names, as input by the employer.
  • All userdata is securely stored until the user requests to delete the account.

Tímavera does not share any userdata with anyone. Access control is active and the utmost security measures are applied to ensure that userdata is only accessible to those who should receive access.
